Each part has subparts The Possible Mind are most interested in the following subparts:
- Use mental imagery
- Use cue words
- Focus on what you can control
The last point is the list really resonates with us at The Possible Mind and we call it ‘Control The Controllable” The is absolutley no point what so ever concentrating on anything you can not control.
