Recently I have re-read Viktor Frankls – Man’s Search For Meaning which is an amazing book about Frankls experience in concentration camps during the 2nd World War. His time helped him develop his theory called “Logothearpy”
Frankl’s approach is based on three philosophical and psychological concepts:
- Freedom of Will
- Will to Meaning, and
- Meaning in Life

The meaning of life section falls under finding your purpose in life which was bought back to be when I came across www.knowyourpurpose.com
Each of us has a purpose, a reason for our life. We are all designed to be something, to do something. Unfortunately, most people have “forgotten” this fundamental knowledge of themselves. In the absence of purpose, life becomes a meandering path of trial and error, joy and frustration. We lose touch with the part of us that knows, and deep fulfillment and joy come only in moments.
Since this knowledge is buried deep within you, it can be discovered and retrieved. There is no point in going out into the world seeking your purpose; it is inside of you. Once you find it, you can use this knowledge to create a life of joy, fulfillment, and success. You are better at doing your purpose than you are at anything else!

So what is your purpose in life, spending sometime meditating to find your purpose can be one of the bets things in life to do.
